How do I get involved?
There are plenty of ways to get involved and become a part of the WFBC Community Connections Garden. You can contribute by volunteering your time to general gardening tasks, watering the garden, donating various tools and materials that are needed, or by giving a monetary donation.
There are also opportunities and benefits for businesses to support the community garden as well. By donating much needed tools and materials, you ensure the success of our garden. To thank you, we will place your logo on our website and at places in our garden to show our appreciation.

Volunteer at the Garden
The existence of the garden depends on YOU! Without volunteers we are not able to accomplish our goals of connecting as a community and growing food. You will enjoy helping when you see the fruits of you labor…and vegetables. You will have a blast. There are many things to help out with! In the spring and summer months we typically have a workday every Saturday for you to come help out. Kids are welcome! If you have a group that would like to volunteer or if you would like more information, please Contact Us, on the right side of this page.
Donate to the Garden
Your donations make the garden a reality for this community. We depend on donations to support the building and maintaining of the garden, which leads to fellowship and the giving of produce to the community. You may make monetary donations or you may donate gardening tools, supplies, or building materials for fencing or other structures at the garden. Contact Us, on the right side of this page, with questions regarding donations.

A yearly fee of $15 per family will help cover cost of supplies, but can be waived for hardship. Gardeners will be vested and eligible to harvest once they have worked 10 hours. Garden members need not be members of Wake Forest Baptist Church. All fees are to be paid to the Garden Treasurer. Contact us with any questions.
